Suspicious icon appears and and disappears

I have an Icon of a old style telephone handset that appears and then disappears at random times, when I'm not using the phone, does anyone recognize the icon?

Hi go to settings then applications and calls scroll to the bottom and it will say vowifi if box is unticked tick it then until it and symbol will disappear . If it's ticked already untick it and symbol will disappear. It's something to do with wifi calling apparently

it means that wifi calling is enabled so if your phone doesnt have these settings just search up
"how to turn off wifi calling on a (device name here)"
also i dont suggest turning it off as it will save your data build ups
