    Having problem using mobile data to access internet. mobile data has a grey color even when i turn it on.report to ZTE customer service desk with the IMEI number. asked to factory reset phone that should work which never did and still not functioning. I have set APN manually and still the phone cant access internet using mobile data

    Have you spoken to your carrier about it?

    Yes, I did and the carrier asked me to bring the phone along with me. they did all they could do but the phone still cant browse mobile data. They confirm having same issues with another customer using ZTE phone. Now I have waited for them several days and i have not heard from them.

    Vodafone Ghana, its the carrier . I just notice the APN enable/disable its by default enabale and its not allowing you to make a change. its grey in color
