Why my bluetooth cant turn off

Every time I turned off my Bluetooth my phone are restarting..and when it opened again the Bluetooth still on..

Welcome to Android Central! Is see from your other posts that you have a Cherry Mobile Flare J2s. Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
