So basically the battery on the phone wouldn't charge as fast as it used to I've had the phone for just a year. It takes 6 hours or more to charge the phone from 0 to 100. Also the phone battery drains fast 100 to 0 less than 5 hours.

Got a new battery still the phone charge around 4 and a half hours from 0 to 100 and used up 26 percent of the battery in 1 hour and 37 minutes while browsing the internet no videos played.

I don't know what to do now , is it the charger or cable ? Is it the phone itself ?

Got some stats from a battery app
Averaging around 400/ 600 ma the numbers keep fluctuating when charging and it estimates the charging to be completed in around 5 hours :/ from 0 to 100.
Are those Normal charging numbers ?

Welcome to Android Central! Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

You might have to install a 3rd party battery monitor, like GSam Battery Monitor, to get the Cell Signal Strength graph.
