I am unable to put my alcatel in factory mode does not want to start. Do not respond to reinitialization remains blocked on Alcatel display

Welcome to Android Central! Which Alcatel phone? What do you mean by factory mode? Are you trying to boot into the Recovery Menu?

I do power volume more do not answer I try everything

Is it not powering on, or does it just get stuck on the Alcatel logo?

Also, I can't find that model number anywhere. Are you sure that's the model name or number? Is this a OneTouch phone?
