Keyboard won't pop up on my lock screen. Can anyone please help me?

My phone is locked but I cant enter my password because the keyboard won't pop up.

Resetting the phone would fix that, but you will lose any information not backed up.

If you've got an OTG adapter you could plug a usb keyboard in and type the password. Some phones include them in the box.
