Help galaxy 7s updated 4x so many problemd

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy S7 it updated three maybe five nights in a row while I slept it was it updated I would wake up every morning with it sent on an update installed done now all of a sudden my battery will not take a charge and my phone is so hot when I use it that I'm afraid to leave it leave it on at night while I sleep while I try to charge it is there anything I can do to uninstall this or can I take it somewhere to be fixed I'm an AT&T

If it’s an AT&T phone it may be best to speak to them about it. Or do you mean that it’s not a carrier phone, but that you are using it on AT&T?
