Battery S5

[Android Central Question]

My battery in my S5 never drains it is at a 100% all the time never drains at all and don't charge my phone at all

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you can't charge the battery at all?

Try using it normally until it shuts off automatically from low battery. Then plug it into a wall outlet for about 12 hours undisturbed. Now see if the phone powers on, and the battery level is shown correctly.

You could also see if this happens with another battery.
