Can't access galaxy s2note

Won't recognise fingerprint and backup code is forgotten can anyone help me get into it please.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, which device is it? The backup code is very important to remember, and the device should be asking for it periodically, for extra security -- how have you been getting into the device before this?
