Easiest way is on a computer in a browser. On wego.here.com select the location. As a part of the URL you will see the (in order) Latitude and Longitude buried in the URL string. The format is map=XX.XXXXX,YY.YYYYY where X is Latitude and Y is Longitude.

For Latitude, north of the equator is + and south is -. For Longitude, east of the Prime Meridian is + and west is -.

If you are using an app, select the location by long pressing on it > select share > messenger > copy the short URL and paste it into a browser. Check the Lat and Long from the URL that results in the browser when you navigate to the result.
