Why is my mobile data off but the signal bar says there is a connection?

Hi to all. I really do not know what happened exactly. My phone data is working well but when i arrived home i suddenly lose my connection. There is 4g or sometimes H+ but it says there is no connection.
I tried to restart and change sim but the problem still the same.

I tried to turn off the data connection on the settings menu and there i found out that the H+ is still shown on top of the signal bar.

I dont know what to do and i dont like to factory reset my phone. Thanks in advance.

Hi. Pending on phone, enter recovery and do a wipe of the cache partition. (no data loss). If you can't do that on your phone, I would suggest putting phone in Airplane Mode....then turn off the phone completely...then reboot, then turn AP mode off....then reboot again. See if that helps.
