I have a Moto X 2nd generation, unlocked. It looks like it was originally a Verizon phone, but I use it on T Mobile. Lately, i've had a lot of dropped calls. T Mobile did a network reset, but the calls are still dropped. They said it may be because i'm using a non T Mobile phone, even though the SIM card is T Mobile. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? I've already restarted the phone and had SIM card checked.

    Welcome to Android Central.

How is the signal strength in the area where this is happening? Do other people who have T-Mobile also have problems with dropped calls? Have you tried putting your SIM in another phone to see if the same thing happens? Is T-Mobile servicing any towers nearby?
