Not able to unlock my phone

[Android Central Question]

Hi Javier,

I have Moto M phone. I am not able to unlock my phone. It is unlocked only after i switch off my phone. Everytime i have to access my phone i have to first switch off my phone and then it gets unlocked. Also not able to remove the security pattern lock.

Please provide me with a solution as i am not able to access my phone.
