I've deleted your other post because I think that this is the better forum for your question, and multiple posts cause confusion.

Try Clear Credentials in Settings Security.
If no go, see what is in Device Administrators, in Settings, Security, and untick one if necessary. If you're not sure which, tell us what is there.
