Recently I bought a Galaxy Note 8 from Nepal, which is made in Vietnam. I found that "Galaxy Note 8" is printed out on the back of the phone that are sold in bestbuy.com in USA. But in maple gold colored Galaxy Note 8 Phone that I bought, "Galaxy Note 8" is not printed out on the back. Is it a fake phone or the genuine one? How can I verify its originality?

Welcome to Android Central! One way is to install CPU-Z and see who manufactured the CPU. If it's Samsung or Qualcomm, it's most likely genuine. If it's Mediatek, then it's a knockoff.

Also, most often the names printed on the back of the US and Asian versions are different. Asia usually gets the dual sim version so the name printed on the back is DUOS.

You can also run a benchmark test using Antutu.
