(in case this is important) I have a Huawei G8 running EMUI 3.1
When I pull down from the top of the screen you get the notification center/screen, and then you can tap on the "shortcuts" button on the top or swipe to the left to access the shortcuts menu where you can toggle things like wi-fi, Bluetooth, brightness etc. But can I make it so that when I pull down from the top of the screen it defaults to the shortcuts menu instead since I rarely ever use the notification center but use shortcuts all the time.
