if any one done hard reset my phone than after i can track that??

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it's a relatively recent phone, then doing a hard reset without properly removing the Google account will trigger Factory Reset Protection -- this means the thief won't be able to use the phone, since they'd have to enter your Google account and password to proceed with the reset.

If the phone is on and connected to the web, you should be able to track it with Google's Find My Device. But if the phone is off, you can't track it.
