    When I download an app that has faces (ex. snapchat) it's static? like tv. please help.

    Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet do you have? What do you mean by faces? Do you mean that when you try to use the front-facing camera with an app like Snapchat, it only shows static or a very distorted image? What if you use the stock Camera app?
