S7 Edge won't get past boot

[Android Central Question]

I brought my phone to get connected and was told they couldn't do it because I need a SIM card for the phone. But the lady took my SD card out of my current phone and put it in new phone and downloaded an app to transfer my stuff from my S3 to the S7. But now the phone won't turn on. Just goes to a lock screen and then when that disappears the phone just vibrates and flashes samsung.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Give the phone back to her and ask her to replace it with one she didn't ruin.

Then find a carrier and get an account (and they'll give you a SIMcard for the S7E for their network.

Then use Samsung SmartSwitch to copy any information from the S3 that doesn't get synchronized to the S7 after you put your Google account into it.
