Stupid phone won't install update without wifi

This stupid PH-1 essential phone won't allow me to install the system update without BS wifi, and it won't let me change the damn settings.

Are you asking a question here or just venting? What carrier are you using? Is there a reason why you can't access a WiFi network to install the system update?

Yesterday I bought a new Essential phone from Best buy, and I installed 2 system updates while on the road over cellular. I am on at&t with one of the new unlimited plans.
