Cache partition wipe

[Android Central Question]

When I do the 3 button method of opening the system recovery menu on my Android S8 (so I can perform a cache partition wipe) I get a "no command" error and therefore I'm unable to access the menu. Any ideas? Thanks

I get no command and then about 10 seconds later the menu comes up
