Have had problem with charger, tablet not coming on at all and terribly slow. Have had to send it in several times for warranty repair. Just purchased in February 2017 with a 3 year warranty and have gotten very little use out of it. It is now losing battery charge in less than 30 minutes and the screen flickers continuously. SquareTrade now refuses to cover the tablet since they have repaired it to the amount I paid for it. I have wasted a lot of time and money with no assistance from SquareTrade. The phone number they gave me for Digiland support was a residence.

Welcome to Android Central! I'm afraid this will probably have to be a "live and learn" episode. Budget and off-brands like Digiland will have a much higher rate of hardware or software defects.

The only support numbers I could find for Digiland are in Italy: Agent - Digiland. Is that what you were told?
