How can I stop my phone from tracking my girlfriend phone

10 months ago I used an app to track my girlfriends phone. I deleted it but it's still tracking her. How can I stop it.

But seriously that question is about impossible to answer without knowing what app/service was used for tracking. It would also help to know the types of phone you both have.

uninstalling the app without disabling the feature first, will not stop the tracking, but you should just uninstall the app that tracks her on her phone that should definitely stop it
