I recently bought an "excellent" condition AT&T Samsung Galaxy S7 from Gazelle with intentions on hooking it up through Cricket. I got my phone yesterday and brought it to a local Cricket store and had them connect the phone. Everything seemed fine until I made my first couple of calls to which I noticed that the quality of the voice on the other end wasn't as good as my previous phone which was an old Iphone 5c connected through Straight Talk. I made several more calls with the same problem. The volume is all the way up and does not seems to be an issue, but everyones voice seems slightly muddy and not near as crisp as my previous phone. I took it back up to the Cricket location and they checked everything and said it was fine on their end. I am now unsure if this is a problem somehow with the Cricket connection or if it is an internal issue with the phone.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated!
