i have issue in syncing my contacts in my samsung s8

I have to sync my contacts in my Samsung s8 that shows up on my Gmail when opened through the desktop.
but it has a problem in sync via mobile as all the sync settings except sync contacts is synced

Is the sync giving you an error or any pop-up messages as to why it's not syncing? Have you made sure that your S8 contacts are saved to your Google account and not to the Samsung one or locally to the phone?
