Android Central Question

I've got an Elipis8 that is linked to my Massages+. It has mysteriously come up missing (I think my girlfriend hid it so she could use it to access my texts, emails, ect). Is there any way of unsyncing it from Massages+ without having the device in hand? I looked through the menu in the app (on my phone), and there is a way to disconnect/unsync a device, but it says it only happens on the device I'm on.
