My phone (LG G2) is running Android 5.0.2. Three days ago I noticed my Wi-Fi toggle switch was not working. When I try to turn Wi-Fi on, the toggle remains in the "off" position but I get a message that says "Turning Wi-Fi on..." Well, it never does turn on. The phone does not indicate it recognizes any networks, at my home or elsewhere. I have tried rebooting my home router to no success. Every other device I own is accessing Wi-Fi perfectly fine.

If the Wi-Fi toggle were a physical switch, i would say it was "stuck." Rebooting by turning the phone off and on does not help. Any ideas?

I had that problem before, but I was able to fix it by giving it a few restarts and toggling airplane mode a couple times... but I got 5.0.1 so I'm not sure if it'll work for yours...

Try resetting the wifi settings by going to advanced and going to the option to reset the setting for only wifi
it should say "Reset Wi-Fi settings" under the "PERSONAL" category.
