My albums on my phone have disappeared with the images. And in some albums images have diapered as well. Please HELP!! I need to recover images for work.

I have tried downloading QuickPic, restarting my phone etc. But nothing has helped.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Use a file manager app and look directly in the /DCIM/Camera directory -- are any of the photo files present?

Try your file manager app. Look in /DCIM, in whatever folders are in it. (The "album" name is the name of the folder a picture is in.) Also make sure there are no files in any of the folders you want to be seeing that are named .nomedia - a file like that keeps media apps (like QuickPic, Gallery, etc.) from seeing the pictures in the folder, and any folders below it.

Also, ifg you moved any of the pictures, either restart the phone or run media.Re.Scan. When you move a picture (or copy it from somewhere else), the phone has no way of knowing that it's there, unless Media Scan runs.
