I have updated my Nexus 6P to 8.0 but I still see old interface

There was a notification to install update 8.0 - which I did on my Nexus 6P.

While updating, i saw the new UI/Interface for few seconds and then it just turned back to what it was before

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Did you see any error notification during the update? (For instance, if the phone is rooted, the update will fail and you'll still be on the old firmware.)

May i ask how you're still using you're nexus 6p, I would appreciate even the tiniest bit of help and am i'sorry to ask a question on your question i'm just desperate
