    The notification began a few days ago.
    I have tried forum advice re.caches etc,worsening the problem.
    My Samsung is now unusable.
    There is no satisfactory response from Google.
    Does anyone have a solution.Thanks Denise.

    Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung phone? Have you already tried wiping the cache partition?
