Factory resetting Galaxy s5 with Mass360 app

I'm trying to get rid of my old phone but the factory reset button won't get enabled.. it takes me to a Mass 360 app, it's a security app. How can I still reset this and remove the lock? Please help

Look in Settings/Security/Device administrators. If Mass 360 is there and checked, uncheck it, then before you reset the device, remove your Google account. Then factory reset. (If you leave the Google account in the phone, the new user won't be able to remove it without your password - which you don't want.)
