How to disable voice when in factor reset

Galaxy s4 came factor reset somehow bottoms got pushed and it's on voice and in Chinese. I've pressed the menu 3times and that didn't disable the voice. At this point I can not navigate from the language screen which is the 1st step of setting up the device

Welcome to Android Central! It's hard to accidentally do a factory reset by pressing some buttons randomly. It's more likely that the phone had some catastrophic software glitch that forced a factory reset -- never a good sign.

What do you mean it's "on voice"? Is the voice in Chinese, or is the text in Chinese? Are you sure this is a genuine Galaxy S4? Unless it was intended for the Chinese market, I don't think it would default to Chinese upon doing a factory reset.
