Hi, I have recently purchased Honor 8 pro on 29th Aug and it is lose preforming on call, voice is static, garbled and at times not at all audible at other end. I have been getting complaints from every caller that they cant hear me or understand. If I blow air in the mic than its okay. I went to the service centre they asked me to do factory restore as one of the downloaded patch is causing this problem but it did not work. Please help me.

A factory restore won't delete Android patches. Ir sounds like a bad mic connection to me. If they don't want to repair it, they should replace the phone. (And you've now lost your contacts, pictures, music, everything you've done to the phone since you got it. That's what a factory reset does - it removes the changes you've made to the phone. It's a "me reset" really, not a "factory reset".)

(Something tells me that you need to go to a different service center - one with actual technicians.)
