    Rebooting is done by pressing and holding Power until the phone powers off. Give it half a minute or so, then press and hold Power until it powers on again.
    If you still have problems, tell us.

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying you don't see the Messaging icon on the homescreen, or in the App Drawer? If it's only gone from the homescreen, open your App Drawer and see if it's still there. If it is, long-press it, then drag and drop it back on the homescreen.
