What do i do when im asked for a QR code when i turn on my S7?

I connected to net and clicked next but it just goes to camera mode. Then i tried to scan QR code that comes with the phone but it doesn't accept QR code. :-(

You can't scan a QR code that's on the screen, it has to be somewhere the camera can see it.

Yes, the QR code was on the box that came with the phone.

it seems to be working but if received a message that the company would monitor my phone. why is that

it has put my phone on official mode. by do i remove my phone from official mode

The device wasn't provided by work. I bought it from amazon.After first 30mins of use it started malfunctioning then I restored factory settings and this started

Was the phone sold by Amazon themselves, or was it a 3rd party seller going through the Amazon Marketplace? I'd consider contacting the seller and letting them know about this. If it's a 3rd party seller, I'd wonder if it's a used phone, which perhaps might have previously been a company phone, and maybe there's still some kind of encryption left over.
