Why did my ZTE V818 shut down mysteriously?

My ZTE V818 has shut down for the past two days mysteriously and is not even responding to a charger connect but the battery is full and was not doing this since,so what can i do to make it function again.

Welcome to Android Central! Press and hold Power for about 20-30 seconds. Does the phone make any sound or vibration? If not, then the battery either died, or the hardware failed. You'll probably have to bring it to a repair shop.
