What will i do after my phone is in safe mode if myhome sense is not working

So am having same problems with my HTC phone the home sense is not working so I successfully put it in safe mode but I don't know the next step

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work in Safe Mode? If so, that suggests that something you installed is causing the problem. The next step would be to start uninstalling apps one by one until the problem goes away. This can be tedious, but unfortunately, it can be difficult to pinpoint the culprit app unless you have some sort of suspicion to start with.
