Incallui has stopped responding

[Android Central Question]

So I just got the bluboo S8 and INSTANTLY the incallui stopped working, I looked everywhere online but everyone always said stuff like clear the cache and disable the Google app and none of that works, I've tried a reset, I've tried downloading a different calling app, it's just not working! Im not to technical so explain in baby words please what to do, device is up to date to.
(I should also say my messages aren't appearing when I send them though I fixed it by using a different app)

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.

just had to download the app to respond, anyways thanks for the tip but it did NOT work still gave the exact same error, help!

If it still happens in Safe Mode, that suggests something wrong with the firmware, which you'll have trouble fixing. The firmware Bluboo released might just be glitchy. Are there any official system updates available? You may want to contact Bluboo customer service: Service – Bluboo

I contacted them and no response

Unfortunately, that's one of the major downsides of getting these direct-from-China phones -- poor or nonexistent customer service. All I can suggest at this time is to be persistent and keep sending them contact requests.
