How to access my phone on ultra power saving mode

[Android Central Question]

Okay I put my Samsung Galaxy J3 on Ultra power saving mode then had to restart my phone, I still had power saving mode on. Now anytime I turn it on it goes to the T-Mobile turn on and doesn’t go anywhere else, I cannot access my home screen or anything, I tried charging, taking the battery out like 4 times and my phone doesn’t work. It still vibrates for some reason but doesn’t go to the home screen
What should I do?
