Of late I've found that my vivo y11 loses its charge upon charging. Sometimes it happens that the phone charges till 65-70% and then the charge starts decreasing drastically. Is there any prblm wd the.charger or battery as its 2 and a half yrs since I bought my phone. What I used to do earlier is that I used to keep my charger plugged on to the socket with the switch kept on the whole time. Whnevr I needed to charge the phone I just plugged it to the charger and removed it once it got completely charged..also many a times I charged my phone through my pc..plz help

Neither leaving the charger plugged in or charging through the PC would have caused a problem - but how low did you let the charge on the battery go before charging it?

It sounds as if the battery is shot and after 2-1/2 years, if it wasn't treated well, it's probably time for a new battery. In the future, never let the charge drop below 40% (50% is the ideal charge point). Lithium batteries are not deep discharge batteries.
