I just purchased the premium version of Helium, under the impression that I can use this to back up my Android phone to a folder on Dropbox. However, I cannot figure out how to actually do this.

When I try to create a backup, it only allows me to select a handful of apps. I understand that other apps have backups disallowed. But I really don't want to just back up some apps; I want to just dump the entire phone to a file, like an image. This is what I thought Helium did. If I wanted to just back up my apps, I feel like I can already do this via Google or Samsung.

Is there a way to just dump the entire phone to a file without rooting it? Can I do something like this with Helium? I don't have my phone rooted. I was hoping that there was a relatively easy way to do this.

This is a Samsung Galaxy S7.

I'd say you're better off asking on their wiki. https://github.com/koush/support-wiki/wiki/Helium-Wiki
