Galagy S6 Edge stuck on T-Mobile logo white screen & flashing blue light

Hello,

My US Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge suddenly stopped working. When on, I can see the T-Mobile logo on a white background and a flashing blue light. The phone will not move to anything else, also heating. I have tried the following techniques but they did not work:
1. Power + volume down (restarts the phone but goes back to the T-Mobile screen).
2. Power + volume down + volume up (same as before).
I can still charge the phone properly.

What can I do? Any chance to save the phone? any chance to recover the data on it?

Save the phone, possibly. Take it to your carrier and ask if they can please reflash the last update, as it seems to have installed improperly.

Recover data on it? Not unless they can get the phone working again.
