Certain apps can't access/won't connect to WiFi.

Hi, I'm experiencing problems on my WiFi/Phone, heck I don't even know anymore.
My phone is connected to my home WiFi, and I can use apps like Chrome, Play Store, YouTube, etc. Just fine. But some apps just won't load, I thought, maybe it was the apps themselves, so I uninstalled then reinstall, nothing happened, maybe, It's my phone, restarted it, entered date & time manually, forgot then reconnect to WiFi, nothing happened, so I removed the battery, and still nothing. Then, I restarted my router, still nothing. Can someone help me, please?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on other wi-fi networks, or only yours? If it's only yours, try logging into the router's settings using your computer browser (see the router manual for instructions) and disable IPv6.
