Videos from apps won't play on Samsung Galaxy Tablet.

Hello--although my Galaxy tablet will play YouTube videos, it won't play videos from other downloaded apps, such as Netflix or NBC Sports. Either I get an error message or the video starts and then freezes. I've looked at prior related questions, and unless I've missed it, they don't seem to cover this precise situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Are you running the Netflix or NBC Sports apps? The app your tablet chooses for those videos may not be the correct one. (Hardware doesn't play videos, apps do.)
