Looking for currency app with 2 exchange rates for one country

[Android Central Question]

Prior to traveling I order Colombian Pesos from my bank in order to have some Pesos in my pocket on arrival. The cost of that money is the bank exchange rate at the time, plus a small fee. I want to input that effective rate to the app and after arrival and spending that money I would like the existing exchange rate to compare for future reference.
Any suggestions?
