S6 edge software wont update

S6 edge software wont update keeps saying phone has been modified. I have never done anything to the phone to modify it.

If you're the only user, you may have to do a full backup, then reflash the firmware, then restore everything you backed up.

I'd first try taking it to the carrier, asking where they do repairs locally (some do, some don't - not even knowing what country you're in, I can't offer any suggestion for that) and, if they do, ask them if they can help you without resorting to a full reflash.

(BTW, if you rooted the phone, that's modifying it.)
