Is there a way to uninstall the latest android update on my tab e, believe it was 7.1 Ha works now.

The apps and internet searches that do work, lag so bad now, It's a waste of time to even use it anymore.

If you "uninstall" Android, you have a hand warmer, not a phone. The "old" version isn't there any more - the update didn't get "added" to it, the new version replaced the old version.

About the only way to get :back" to the old version is to flash the old version. (How depends on the make and model of the tablet - and if it's a cheapie Chinese tablet, there may be no way.) But you'd have to back everythingup (see Backing up an Android Device) before doing that because you'd have an "out-of-the-box" tablet - no downloaded apps, no music, no videos, no pictures, etc. You'd have to restore all of that from your backup.
