why is my google play store won't install any apps. nor update apps.,.?

I have the same problem and I have a letv x600 that I had to install the google apps

Welcome to Android Central! If you had to manually install the Play Store, that means the device probably wasn't certified for Google Play. In that case, the Play Store can't be guaranteed to work.
