Can anyone confirm if the Chromebooks that are planned to have Android app access will have it this year?

In the Androidcentral article on Chromebooks' access to Android apps, there is a list of Chromebooks that are set to receive access in the future, however it states that these remaining Chromebooks will all have access some time this year, in 2017. Can anyone confirm if this is the case?

I can't find any other sources that support this and am deciding whether or not it's worth keeping my CTL J5; I can wait up to 2 months but I don't think I will wait if it'll be some unspecified date in 2018.

Welcome to Android Central! There's no guarantee. When Android app support was originally announced, Google said these "planned" Chromebooks would get support some time in 2017, but for some of these older Chromebooks, I wouldn't be surprised if they were delayed into 2018.
