Is there a way to mod hardware frequency bands?

I have been considering buying an Oukitel K10000 pro, but it doesn't work on any U.S. bands at all. is there a way to mod the hardware or software of the phone to have bands for Sprint in the U.S.?

No. It's missing most of the US 4G bands because it doesn't have the hardware for them.
